Kay Francis (January 13,
1905 – August 26, 1968) was one of the most strikingly elegant actresses of her
era. Some of her clothes were pure fantasy on the part of the costume designer
but no matter – from tailored suits to extraordinary ensembles and accessories,
she always looked absolutely gorgeous!
A real knitter, both
behind and in front of the cameras, the photograph above seems to be one of the
former.
